At Spyxaronchep, we strive to provide high-quality printing services and products. Due to the custom nature of our printing services, including business cards, stationery, and other printed materials, our return policy is designed to address specific circumstances.

Custom Printing Services

All printing orders are custom-made based on your specifications. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is an error on our part. We provide proofs for approval before final production to ensure accuracy.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is defective or does not match your approved proof due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will:

  • Replace the order at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Cover return shipping costs for defective items

Customer Errors

If an error in your order is due to incorrect information provided by you, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect text or contact information
  • Wrong file submitted
  • Incorrect specifications
  • Approval of incorrect proof

We are not responsible for reprinting or refunding these orders. However, we may offer a discounted reprint at our discretion.

Return Process

To initiate a return or report an issue:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and detailed description of the issue
  3. Include photographs if applicable
  4. Wait for our response and instructions

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are available for:

  • Orders cancelled before production begins
  • Defective products due to our error
  • Orders that do not match approved proofs

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom orders that have been approved and produced correctly
  • Digital design services
  • Rush order fees
  • Shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error)

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us immediately with photographs. We will arrange for a replacement order at no cost to you.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our printing services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order and it is due to our production standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue, including reprinting or refunding as appropriate.
